Victoria Puryear

In 2024, Victoria earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Following graduation, she began her career in family law as a legal assistant in her home state of North Carolina. After gaining a year and a half of experience, she relocated to Texas in January 2026 and continued her family law career with Martinez Legal, PC.

Victoria is compassionate and dedicated to helping alleviate clients’ concerns throughout the legal process. Her primary focus at the firm is client and case management, supporting efficient communication and collaboration between clients and attorneys. Her responsibilities include drafting and electronically filing pleadings, processing client documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing case files and materials for attorney review.

Outside the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved pet, Elliot. Her interests include watching television and movies, riding her motorcycle, attending country music concerts, and relaxing by the lake or pool with friends.
