Jennifer Schultz is licensed in both Texas and California. Ms. Schultz has exclusively practiced family law in Denton County since 2016. Ms. Schultz brings her experience as a narcotics prosecutor, policy analyst, and years as a trial attorney to family law.
Ms. Schultz appreciates first-hand the difficult seasons of divorce and child custody cases. She approaches each case individually and with compassion, as no two families are alike.
Jennifer grew up in Denton County and is proud to be a part of a community with a heartbeat for serving others. Jennifer has served the Board of Directors for Denton County Friends of the Family, Denton County Bar Association and chaired Denton County Adoption Day for multiple years. Jennifer is an active member of Denton Benefit League sharing her time and talents with many non-profit organizations throughout our community. Jennifer also advocates for our four-legged friends through local animal shelters, Dog Days of Denton and Bernese Mountain Dog rescues.
Ms. Schultz graduated with a Juris Doctorate and Certificate of Governmental Affairs from University of The Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California in 1999. Prior to law school, she graduated cum laude from University of Redlands and was the founding member of the trial advocacy program and competed on the collegiate debate circuit.
